Pick-up in East Perth

Free. Collect from 1 City Farm Place, East Perth WA 6004, inside Perth City Farm. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours. We'll email you when yours is ready, so please wait for that email before coming down. Choose Pick up at checkout.

Where we ship

Anywhere in Australia. We don't ship internationally, as quarantine rules on meat products make it impractical.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, from East Perth. After that it's up to Australia Post: allow 2 to 3 business days for Perth metro, 3 to 7 business days for the rest of Australia, and longer for regional and remote areas. Express is generally next business day within the Australia Post Express network. We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Packaging and keeping it fresh

Biltong is shelf-stable, so it doesn't need refrigeration in transit. It travels in a sealed bag inside a satchel. When it arrives, move it to a paper bag somewhere cool and dry so it can breathe, or freeze it if you're not going to get through it quickly.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll need to charge postage again to resend it.
