We make biltong and droewors by hand in East Perth, using Australian beef and traditional Southern African recipes. We also prepare low-and-slow American BBQ catering for events.
What is biltong?
Biltong is a traditional Southern African air-dried beef snack. Ours is spiced, hung and dried at Perth City Farm, then sliced and packed. Choose Traditional or Chilli, in 200g, 500g or 1kg packs.
