We smoke briskets and pork low and slow for 16 hours, then bring it to your event.

Packages

• Decent Amount — $25 per person (150g cooked meat each)
• Hungry — $33 per person (200g cooked meat each)

Both include brioche buns, burger cheese, sauce, pickles, onions and jalapeños; potato salad and coleslaw; plus cutlery and crockery.

Delivery and set-up

Orders over $1,500 include free delivery, set-up and packdown within 20km of 1 City Farm Place, East Perth. Pick-up is available from the same address.

Extras

• Non-alcoholic drinks, eskies and ice included — $1.50 per person
• Serving staff — $70 per hour
